When We All Escape, Where Do We Go?
While working on personal goals of self-improvement, there are times where the pressure or the perceived enormity of the challenge leaves me paralyzed, sitting idle with uncertainty on how to move forward. I suppose many of us experience this in some capacity. Theme parks and traveling to other places for running adventures have been a great escape the last several years. At one point, I kept a very active running blog and many amazing people read along. However, that also became a burden and added more pressure, so I disabled the site and removed myself from social media while I worked through other added pressures. After granting myself some time and some grace, I have figured out how to rebalance and step back to move forward. The purpose of this site is to share some fun events in parks of all types: theme parks, National Parks, local parks, parking lots?
